Her nursing career began at St. Clare’s in Denville, where she served on a progressive care step-down unit during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, she transitioned to St. Joseph’s in Paterson, where she spent three years in the Surgical, Neuro, and Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
In September 2023, Ayah Suleiman further advanced her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University. Currently, she practices in AMG's Hackensack, Paramus, and Haledon locations, where she is committed to fostering long-term partnerships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and well-cared-for.
