Eulalia Leon, APN
Eulalia Leon, APN, is a board-certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in internal medicine at Advance Medical Group. Eulalia and the team serve patients at Hackensack University Medical Center and Holy Name Hospital.
Eulalia began her professional pursuits at Rutgers in Newark, New Jersey, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2014. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Eulalia obtained a staff RN position with a Pediatric Home Care Agency. She then moved on to Hackensack University Medical Center where she managed patients from admission to discharge as well as being a charge nurse and a preceptor for one of the busiest medical surgical units in the state.
In 2017 Eulalia went back to school at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey and completed her Master of Science degree in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Shortly after her completion of her Masters degree she joined the Advance Medical Group Hospitalist team.
Eulalia has strong bonds with the Northern New Jersey community and enjoys being an active member of her community. Eulalia spends her free time helping the American Red Cross and a volunteer for the Special Olympics. She has also traveled internationally to underdeveloped countries to help educate, promote and implement healthy living lifestyles. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
